Seeking Experienced DON RN Required



Must be currently or have very recently been functioning as a DON in a Home Health Care agency.



5 years experience as a DON. Must have experience in Adult home care including Medicare, OASIS and Medicaid.



Must have experience in skilled nursing visits, CNAs and PCPs.



Must have Medicare billing and authorizing knowledge.



Client is a pediatric agency, and this person will be building the adult side of the agency and work in partnership with the DON who oversees the pediatric/young adult side.



Must have strong leadership skills.

Must have marketing skills.

Must be an independent worker.

Must have experience writing policy and procedures for home health care.

Must have knowledge of the state auditing process for home health care.
