Please include your salary history, and relevant experience.<BR><BR>We have an excellent opportunity for an Oracle Financials Manager!<BR><BR>This position reports directly into the Oracle Applications Manager within the IT department team and is responsible for hiring, developing, leading and motivating a high performance team of Oracle Functional Analysts in our organization emphasizing timely and high-quality project delivery within an Oracle Financials environment.<BR><BR>This role requires constant interaction with all levels of the Finance business group and to proactively and cooperatively identify areas for improved processes and opportunities to increase the operational effectiveness of the business. You will also be required to develop, maintain and communicate strategic feature/function roadmaps for these business areas.<BR><BR>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to management and support of the Oracle Financials modules within our current 11.5.10 Oracle applications eBusiness suite. These modules include AR, AP, GL, FA and the iModules (ie, iExpense, iPayments, etc.). Will be responsible for the coordination and support of period-end closure activities. Will also facilitate the Oracle Financial applications support and enhancement activies including new functionality, new module introduction, future upgrade and patching recommendations and overall general support.<BR><BR>This position will require extensive interactions with internal IT groups: Business and Technical Analysts, Development and Testing teams.<BR><BR>Job Functions:<BR>- Support, configuration and maintenance of Oracle Financial applications<BR>- Staff management and professional development of team<BR>- Internal Finance department relationship management<BR>- Program/project management<BR>- Capture and report team metrics and performance<BR><BR>Basic Qualifications:<BR>- 4 year college degree in CIS/MIS or related technical field or equivalent combination of training and experience.<BR>- 6+ years of staff management experience <BR>- 5+ years of Oracle Financials implementation and support experience<BR><BR>The Adecco Group is a Fortune Global 500 company and the global leader in HR services.
